I like suggesting IKEA cabinets for the kitchen, bathroom and built-ins. There is a company in LA called Semi Handmade that offers customized door faces for stock cabinets. I will be discussing this with clients as a way to offer high-end custom looks for built-in spaces while keeping costs down. I wonder if there are any companies in the DC/MD/VA area that offer something similar.
